The challenge

The old site was on Tilda and had several serious problems: 8 of the 36 pages in the sitemap were other companies’ templates left in the account; the online store was empty and showed “Nothing found”; the blog had no articles; there was no structured data (code that “explains” the company, services and prices to Google); and the site was in Russian only. The client needed a faster, complete site, on one key condition: pages Google already found must not be lost during the move.

What I did

• Kept all 28 URLs that were in search exactly as they were. If any of them is removed by mistake, the site build fails — an automatic check protects them.
• Built a real catalogue from the client’s 65-page print catalogue: 4 door types, real prices and 80 finishes with their codes.
• Added Kazakh: those pages live under /kk/, while the Russian pages stayed at their old addresses.
• Made a price calculator, separate pages for 21 cities and a blog answering real questions: price, installation, veneer vs vinyl.
• Connected the site’s forms to amoCRM: enquiries land directly in the client’s «ЦЕХ» sales stage, and those from Google search get an seo tag, so it is visible how many customers SEO brings.
• Set up 15 automatic checks that run after every change: broken links, slow loading, mobile layout and accessibility.
